Though we are not immediately adjacent to the cruise terminals, our shuttle service runs approximately every 10 minutes and connects you to both Pier 91 (Smith Cove Terminal) and Pier 66 (Bell Street Terminal).The shuttle ride takes about 3 minutes to Pier 91 and about 8 minutes to Pier 66 under normal traffic conditions.

To get to our lot, you’ll turn off 15th Avenue West onto Armory Way. The lot is visible from the road, and travelers often use landmarks like the Whole Foods intersection or signage along Armory Way to guide them.Because we serve both cruise terminals, you don’t need to worry if your MSC cruise departs from one or the other. Whether your ship sails from Smith Cove or Bell Street, we’ll shuttle you directly.

Valet Cruise Parking

We offer full-service valet parking for your convenience. When you reserve with us, valet is included at no extra charge. Simply drop your car and we’ll handle parking for you. Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive. For example, a 7-night stay is $199, which covers all taxes, the shuttle service, and transfers. If your cruise is longer, we offer extended parking at reasonable rates: for 14 nights, the rate is $251.40.

Extra days beyond your reserved period can be as low as $6.13 per day. Because we price by the trip rather than per day when possible, we often beat competitor rates for longer stays. We maintain limited spaces for RVs, oversized vehicles, and trailers, but we’re not accepting RVs or trailers during the 2026 cruise season. If you have a larger vehicle, we strongly recommend booking early and selecting valet service so we can accommodate you. Even during the off-season, we offer non-cruise and long-term storage for oversized vehicles, tour buses, or semi trucks.

The property is located on the grounds of the former National Guard Armory, giving us a naturally secure environment and limited outside access.

Our team monitors all activity throughout the day, and the lot is staffed whenever shuttles are in operation. We conduct regular patrols, maintain bright lighting across the property, and keep security cameras positioned for maximum coverage. For additional oversight, we work closely with neighboring tenants, including Seattle Police Department Animal Control and the Seattle Humane Society, both located on the same campus.
