Not only are they less expensive than parking at the cruise terminal the level of customer service we received was exemplary... upon arrival we didn't even have to call them. These guys are great! Parking is inside the chain link/barbed wire topped parking lot at the National Guard Armory so we felt very secure. They were there to greet us, helped us unload our suitcases into the shuttle and we were at the cruise dock in 5-10 minutes. They gave me their card with instructions to call as we were just about out of the cruise facility on our return and by the time we got outside to the pickup area they were driving up. Their shuttle vans are kept clean and their staff is professional and personable.

We were running a bit late getting to ship and the young man at Seattle Cruise Park was right there when we drove in. He directed us to a parking spot, met us at our car to load us up and we were off to ship in no time. When we returned from our trip the shuttle was there and we were delivered back to our car within minutes. Could not improve on service as it was as good as it gets. Very well run business and friendly staff.

I've NEVER had such fabulous over the top service in an emergency!!! We thought each other had the one and only important piece of luggage. When our luggage arrived at our room, we realized we had left it in the car and my medication was in it. I called and these guys were more than helpful. They not only had our bag waiting at our first stop which they sealed with zip ties, but they also priced around for the best deal!!! This completely saved our trip since we would have had to get off at our first port and fly home. Wes, THANK YOU!!! You are a SUPER HERO!!

I would normally probably not give a review on a parking facility, but these people need to be commended. My husband and I left for a cruise out of Seattle and parked here. The vans that picked us up were nice and clean. While we were on our cruise, my husband had an unfortunate fall that required him, to have a hip replacement in San Francisco. So we were in San Francisco and my car was in Seattle and we live in Idaho. See a logistic problem here? Well, I called Seattle Cruise and told them what was going on and they were so good to help us out. A family member was able to go over and get the car and drive it home for us, but the Cruise people were exceptional in the way they accommodated us. Would highly recommend!!!!

Make sure you get this parking company and do not get them confused with Seattle Cruise Park RPNW. I have parked with Seattle Cruise Park several times and accidentally went to RPNW by mistake. I immediately knew after I gave my credit card that this was not the company I wanted. They charged me a transaction fee so attempted to cancel. I did this right away and noticed when my credit card came RPNW had charge me 25 dollar cancellation fee and 2 dollar transaction fee. Attempted to resolve with the company with no satisfaction. My credit card company has disputed the charge and I am waiting for the outcome. Seattle Cruise Park is reputable and honest. Be aware of the other company as the customer service is not friendly and very arrogant. Seattle Park has told be they are aware of the practice used by RPNW and are attempting to do something about their confusing practice for advertising.
