For Pier 66 arrivals (Norwegian and Oceania), please wait under the pedestrian bridge in front of the terminal and call 888-930-6846 for a shuttle to be dispatched for pickup.
For Pier 91 arrivals (Carnival, Celebrity, Holland America, Princess, and Royal Caribbean), there is no need to call us since our shuttles automatically keep running until all passengers are back to our parking lot. Just come out the front of the terminal and walk to the right. There, you will find a row of shuttles and buses. Our shuttles pick up at parking space “S”. If a shuttle is not at parking space “S” when you arrive, please wait a few minutes for the next shuttle to arrive.
For our valet parking service, your shuttle driver will send your information to our attendants at the parking lot before leaving the cruise terminal, and your vehicle will be waiting for you when you return to our parking lot!
