Seattle CruisePark Terms and Conditions
Please read this Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") agreement carefully before using www.SeattleCruiseParking.com, www.SmithCoveTravel.com or the Seattle CruisePark parking lot located at 1601 West Armory Way, Seattle, WA 98119 (“the site”, "Parking Lot") operated by PRH Enterprises LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read this page carefully. If you don’t agree to this Agreement then do not use the site, parking lot or our services. If you choose to use the site or parking lot then you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Access to the Parking Lot:
The parking lot will generally be accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. However, advanced notice to access during non-normal operating hours is required. You must arrive at the parking lot and check-in with an employee to use our shuttle services during our normal operating hours which are generally 7:30am – 3:00pm all cruise days. Your reservation begins at 10:00am on the day of your cruise. We cannot guarantee parking availability prior to 10:00am and additional charges may apply if you arrive before 10:00am. Hours may vary depending on the actual cruise schedule. We will hold a parking space for your reservation. Under no circumstances will we cancel your reservation or issue a refund if you do not arrive on time. You “park at your own risk” we will not be responsible for your vehicle or any items left inside your vehicle.
Transportation to and from the Cruise Terminal:
Seattle CruisePark provides transportation to and from the terminal during normal operating hours or during specific time frames set by the parking lot. Shuttles service is included in your parking reservation and you must have a reservation to be able to use the shuttle services. Please allow at least 20 minutes of additional time when arriving at the parking lot to facilitate getting to the cruise on time. The final shuttle will depart at 2:45pm on all cruise days unless otherwise stated when making your reservation. If you do not arrive at the lot in time for the last shuttle you will be responsible for finding your own transportation to the cruise terminal. Under no circumstances will we cancel your reservation or issue a refund if you do not arrive on time.
Our Reservation Policy:
Seattle CruisePark strives to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and affordable, so we can get you on your way to your cruise vacation. The following policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process. Types of Payment:
We accept the following types of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do accept cash at the parking lot if space is available. However, you will not be able to reserve a spot for cash payment. All prices are quoted and charges are processed in USD. Your credit card will be charged when you submit your reservation online. Your charge card statement will indicate the purchase was from SeattleCruisePark or PRH Enterprises LLC.
Changing a Reservation:
You are responsible for notifying us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone at 1-888-418-3361 for any changes to you reservation. If possible, please make all changes 72 hours before your departure. We will not be able to make changes to your actual cruise reservation date within 1 week of your cruise. We are also unable to cancel a reservation in that time. Please review your reservation details before purchasing. You will be responsible for additional fees if you make the reservation for the incorrect date.
Canceling a Reservation:
We allow for cancelations on all reservations with a $10 processing fee as long as your request is made 1 week prior to your reservation starting date. Cancelations must be requested in writing and emailed to email@example.com. Under no circumstances will we refund your reservation during the final week before your reservation begins. If you make a reservation less than 1 week before your reservation date you will not be allowed to cancel or receive a refund. You are also responsible for all parking charges if you do not show up to the parking lot or are denied boarding by the cruise lines. No cancellations/refunds will be given after your drop off date and time has passed and no refunds will be given for any unused or partially used reservations.
Making Reservations for Others:
We don’t allow you to make a reservation for someone other than yourself. Everyone making a reservation must agree to our terms and conditions. You will need to put the name of the person parking your vehicle on the booking page.
Extra Charges for Staying Beyond Reservation:
Your reservation will end at 12pm on your departure date. You will be charged the maximum daily rate for each day you remain in the parking lot past 12pm. You give us your express authority, without further notice to or communication with you, to charge to the credit card you used to book your reservation the additional parking fees you owe. Please contact us if you know you are going to be delayed. If your vehicle occupies more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee equal to the maximum daily rate.
Right to Remove Your Vehicle from the Parking Lot:
You agree that we have the right, at your sole cost and expense, to have your vehicle removed from the parking lot in the event you leave your vehicle in the parking lot for more than five (5) days beyond the final date of your reservation. You agree that you are solely responsible for any and all towing and storage fees that are charged by the towing company, in addition to the additional fees you owe us. You agree that we have the sole right to remove your vehicle if you are double or illegally parked.
Copyrights and Trademarks:
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by PRH Enerprises LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. All SeattleCruisePark graphics, logos, service marks, trademarks, software and other material may not be used without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability:
SEATTLE CRUISEPARK/PRH ENTERPRISES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, AND IN PARTICULAR SEATTLE CRUISEPARK/PRH ENTERPRISES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO OUR PARKING SERVICES, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, UNDER STATUTE, IN EQUITY, AT LAW, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF SEATTLE CRUISEPARK/PRH ENTERPRISES, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Governing Jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Washington:
Our website, company, and parking service is operated and provided in the State of Washington. As such, we are subject to the laws of the State of Washington, and such laws will govern this Agreement, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. All legal disputes arising out of this agreement shall be filed in King County, Washington.
Changes To This Agreement:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
