Upon arrival at our parking lot, our attendants will guide you to where you check in your vehicle for our valet service. For self-park, our attendants will guide you to where you can park your vehicle. After parking or checking your vehicle in, you will unload your luggage and passengers from your vehicle.
Next, you will board one of our shuttles to the cruise terminal, and we will load your luggage onto the shuttle for you. Our attendants will let you know which shuttles are for Pier 66 (Norwegian and Oceania) and which shuttles are for Pier 91 (Carnival, Celebrity, Holland America, Princess, and Royal Caribbean).
Shuttles depart every 10 minutes and the last shuttle leaves at 2:45pm. From our parking lot, Pier 66 is about an 8-minute shuttle ride and Pier 91 is about a 3-minute shuttle ride.
Upon arrival at the cruise terminal, your shuttle driver will unload your luggage from the shuttle and explain the pickup process for when you return from your cruise.
