Cancel a Reservation
At Seattle CruisePark, we know that plans change! Our cancellation policy is quite flexible, allowing cancellation up until 24 hours before your cruise departure.
The first option for canceling is to receive a future credit that never expires and allows you a parking spot in the future at no additional charge. The second option is to fully cancel your reservation. Upon fully canceling, you will receive a full refund plus a $10.00 credit card processing fee, and the refund will go back on your credit card within three business days.
To cancel, please click on CONTACT US below or email us at [email protected]. Please indicate whether you would like a future credit or would like to fully cancel your reservation, and we will notify you within 72 hours that your cancellation has been processed. To receive a refund, we must be notified 24 hours before your cruise departs. No refunds will be given for denied boarding.
